There are no ingoing fees, our rates are paid on a monthly basis. Our fees include all meals, linen and laundry.

Fees vary depending on private/shared room en-suite/shared en-suite/no en-suite.

	Private room with private en-suite	$350.00 per week
	Private room with shared en-suite	$315.00 per week
	Private room with no en-suite	$295.00 per week
	Shared room with en-suite	$265.00 per week
	Shared room with no en-suite	$245.00 per week

Permanent fees are payable monthly in advance with 28 days' notice required if vacating the room.

Respite rates vary depending on room available.
Rates begin at $50.00 per day with a minimum period of two weeks.

N.B. Residents who receive a full or part pension are entitled to an additional $97.00 rental assistance per fortnight once they come into care.
